
Terms and Conditions
1. Booking
Please either call or message me on my mobile to make an appointment.
If I don't reply straight away, please be patient. I will get back to you as soon as I can to discuss services.
2. Cancellation Policy
Please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you're unable to make your appointment.
​I will happily rebook you with enough notice.

If you miss your appointment or fail to give me at least 48 hours' notice, you may be charged 50% of your service bill.
Please note that if late cancellation notice occurs regularly, I reserve the right to refuse services.
3. Payments and Deposits
All payments must be settled before I leave your home.
I accept cash or bank transfers only.
I reserve the right to request payment up front.
4. Price Menu
Prices are correct as of June 2025.
5. Consultations
Consultations are required at least 48 hours before any colour appointment and take approximately 15 minutes.

Colour correction consultations are charged at £10 and will be taken off your bill when you book.
6. Other Information
My kit is heavy, so please let me know in advance if there is no parking on or close to your home.

Your hair must be clean unless requested otherwise.
​
I require space for equipment during the service, so please ensure you have a clean area of worktop available for this.
​
I bring everything I need except towels.​
