What information i collect and store about you.

I collect information about you when you contact me regarding my hairdressing services. Information you give me may include your name, phone number, email address, home address, date of birth, relevant medical history for chemical services. DOB's are for marketing services. Chemical services will be recorded and stored for my future reference.
This information is required to allow me to to get to you and carry out my hairdressing services.
Text messages are sent out to remind you of your upcoming appointments.
All this information will only ever be used by Beckys hair at your home.

I will use your personal information to provide you with services you have booked or inquired about.
You can opt out of marketing at anytime.
If you no longer wish to receive marketing let me know and I will remove you.
I will not share your information with any third party without your consent except if required by law.

The personal information you provide me will now be, if needed, used for track and trace, if you no longer wish me to hold this information please let me know.

Your information is stored on my (Beckys) mobile phone, laptop and online. All of which is password protected.

Access to your personal information.

You have the right to request a copy of your stored information and you have the right to request any information about you to be removed.

How long your information is held for.
​
If you are no longer a client of Beckys hair at your home with a 12 month period between appointments or if you request removal then i will remove all your basic information within 7 days.
Your chemical treatment information will be kept for 7 years.
